1. About the Donation
By signing up to support the Human Kind Project, you agree to make a recurring donation of NOK 50 per month.
Your donation helps support the ongoing work of the Human Kind Project, including the operation of our seasonal donation café and our wider aim of creating a more generous, connected and community-minded environment.
Your donation is voluntary and is used to support the activities and ongoing development of the Human Kind Project.
2. What You Receive
As a thank-you for your ongoing support, your monthly donation includes:
- A digital copy of Wilder Kitchen: A Year of Giving.
- Access to a private online community of like-minded people.
- Invitations to the Secret Coffee Club and related community gatherings or experiences.
- The knowledge that your contribution directly supports the ongoing seasonal donation café.
These benefits are provided as part of the Human Kind Project supporter community and are subject to reasonable changes as the project develops.
3. Recurring Payments
The donation amount is NOK 50 per month and will be collected automatically using the payment method authorised when you sign up.
The recurring donation will continue each month until you choose to cancel it.
We may change the donation amount or terms in the future, but any material changes will be communicated to donors before they take effect.
4. Cancellation and Withdrawal
You may cancel your recurring donation at any time.
If your donation is managed through the Vipps app, you can cancel the recurring donation directly through Vipps. Cancellation will stop future donations, while donations that have already been processed will not normally be refundable.
If you have difficulty cancelling your donation, please contact the Human Kind Project using the contact details provided on our website, and we will assist you.
5. Digital Book and Community Access
The digital copy of Wilder Kitchen: A Year of Giving is provided to supporters following registration and payment.
Access to the private community and Secret Coffee Club is intended for the individual donor and should not be shared, copied or redistributed without permission.
Human Kind Project reserves the right to make reasonable changes to community platforms, events, benefits or access arrangements as the project evolves.
6. Personal Data
Human Kind Project will process personal information necessary to administer your donation and provide the benefits associated with your support.
This may include information such as your name, contact details, payment information and information relating to your supporter membership.
Personal data will be handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
We will only use your personal information for legitimate purposes connected with administering your donation, communicating with you about your supporter membership and providing the benefits described in these terms, unless you have separately consented to other communications.
We will not sell your personal information to third parties.
7. Complaints and Questions
If you have a question, concern or complaint regarding your donation, payment, supporter benefits or the Human Kind Project, please contact us directly.
We will make reasonable efforts to respond to and resolve complaints as quickly and fairly as possible.
8. Changes to These Terms
Human Kind Project may update these terms from time to time where necessary, for example if our activities, payment arrangements or legal obligations change.
If a change materially affects your donation agreement, we will provide appropriate notice.
9. Agreement
By starting a recurring donation of NOK 50 per month, you confirm that you have read and understood these Donation Agreement Terms and agree to the conditions described above.
Your support helps make the Human Kind Project possible and contributes directly to creating spaces where generosity, food and community can be shared.
