Earth School
An ongoing project based on eduction through the curation of workshops and festival programming. A concept created around the idea that all should have access to knowledge regarding ‘living on earth’ and the skills to do so while living in balance with nature. Thanks to funding we were able to open the doors to over 100 guests free of charge.
The 2024 event focussed upon the theme of ‘Resilience’. Of both thriving within human personal connections and that with the plant world. Within the one day festival we had workshops on ‘Emergency Gardening - growing food despite climate change’, ‘Zero Waste: repurposing vegetable scraps’, ‘Fermentation through salt water’, ‘Plant dying’, ‘Food forest tour’ and communal food shared around a fire.
