Wilder Kitchen goes Wild
Wilder Kitchen goes Wild, was a seasonal food truck concept that ran from June to August in Lofoten, Northern Norway. Developed in collaboration with Polarhagen, a vegan biodynamic farm, the project combined portable dining with a focus on local ecology, community, and sustainable food practices.
Set between the mountains and the sea, Wilder Kitchen offered a menu inspired by global travels yet rooted in place. Seasonal and wild plants from the surrounding landscape shaped the dishes, bringing together the flavours of foraging, farming, and the arctic summer environment.
Community Project – Adventure Club
Running parallel to the food truck, Adventure Club created opportunities for locals and travellers to connect with Lofoten’s landscape and edible biodiversity. On a once a week basis, Wilder Kitchen held foraging walks, shared meals, and outdoor gatherings, encouraging participants to engage with both nature and food in a hands-on way.June-August 2025
